Thank you for your feedback. I just submitted a couple of color options. I'll play around with swirls -- I need to make sure not to copy the concepts already presented to you, but come up with something unique -- and post more later. Cheers!

Hello: Thank you so much for your continued feedback. I've just uploaded three versions with a revised swirl of yogurt -- please let me know if you're liking it better. In the morning I'll get back to you with some color options and a swirl treatment for the "o".

Good morning!

I've just uploaded an assortment of versions showing some color options and swirly "o" designs. The color possibilities are endless -- please let me know which basic design you're liking the most at this point, and I'll be happy to play around more with the color.

All best,

Hi Lynne,

I am really loving your work. You're doing a fab job, keep up the inspired designs. My absolute preference for basic design is 157 and 117. However I don't want to lose the basic word mark of 49

Two suggestions: I know I asked you to explore certain colours, but would love you to go wild with the colours that you think would works best.
Secondly - I like 49 and would love to see this colour combo with both swirls.

Can't wait to see the next round

Hello: In this round I'm showing the 157 and 117 with the blue from 49 (entries #215, #216). I'm also showing another handful of color options (for simplicity's sake, I'm just showing them as 157 -- but can easily show them as 117). Looking forward to your thoughts -- and if you have any colors/color families you're interested in seeing, just let me know. I've been trying to keep them bright, refreshing, fun.

Cheers,
Lynne

Hi Lynne,

Out of intrest, which is your preference. Which colour combo do you think workd best?

Would really like a view from a designers perspective
11 years ago

Client
My colout preference so far are:
The two pinks, pink and tuqoise combo and green and pink combo #220 ( Was wondering what it would look like with the colours reversed - i.e. green me and rest of logo pink)

Client
Also really like 191

Client
Just a number of comments on the two pinks #157 117, Can you look at making the pink in meslightly lighter ( i.e. 80% of this existing colour)

And the green and pink version0 - can you look at slightly more yellowy dreen( more fresh)

And in 191 - can you make the pink slight lighter

Logo Designer
Hello: I just uploaded a reversed version of 220 -- I think it looks pretty nice! I am most fond of the same combinations as you, and I'd add #221 to the list. It could be that my eyes are so used to looking at the design, but I do like the dark pink "outline" the best: it's a wonderfully strong color that allows the white to pop. My least favorites are those using blue as the outline color.

Cheers,
Lynne

Hi Lynne
Thanks again for all your work, your designs are by far my best.
My fav combos are 117,157 (make pink color 80% of its current darkness), 216, 215,191 and 220 ( try make pink lighter)
In the above combos can you do both types of swirls the new and old ones. Ie117 and 157
Also can you try a different type of swirl something in between the two you have done.
Also try some variations with the green and pink - try a more lighter green and a more yellowy

Also can you try a dollop of cream as the dot for the i and see what it looks like just use one example for that with one of the colors we like.
Thanks again for your creativity

Logo Designer
Hello: I've uploaded versions with new lighter pinks and greens. I think I still owe you the green/pink versions with the alternate swirl -- will get those up later.

I'll work on a dollop on the "i" as well as the large swirl. Can you provide me with some direction regarding the elements of each swirl that you like/dislike? That will help me out as I work on a middle ground.

Looking forward to your continued thoughts -- I'm so happy we're getting closer to the perfect logo for your business!

Cheers,
Lynne

Hi Lynne
Thanks for the new ones, so I feel that the narrow swirl in 117 is too thin and the one in 157 is a bit wide maybe somewhere in the middle, but maintaining the look of an ice-cream swirl.
I also want us to start thinking about writing "Frozen Yogurt" under the logos, want to see what it looks like please.
Think the line underneath will tell people what yogime is.
Welcome your suggestions on this.
Thanks again

Is the blue in 215 and 272 the same, maybe try play with the blue in 215 a little please. Thanks :-)

Logo Designer
Hello: I just uploaded #279 which shows a smaller swirl of yogurt -- is this closer to what you had in mind? I've been playing around with a swirl for the "i" -- I'm not totally happy with the results, but am more concerned about the LogoTournament rules: we're not allowed to use another person's concept. I'm worried that #20 seems to be the first entry to use an actual swirl of yogurt for the dot. I'll continue thinking on this, but do hope you'll understand my limitations in this matter.

I'll upload samples with the tag line in a bit. I believe the blues in 215 and 272 are the same. I'll revisit 215.

Cheers,
Lynne

Some tagline possibilities!

(It's late for me and my eyes are a bit weary. I'll return to the blues in the morning with a fresh brain!)

Hi Lisa: This afternoon's entries: #288 most recent yogurt flopped, so curl faces away from the type, #289 and #290 are new swirls with an abbreviated curl (show facing both left and right). Also, the blue in each version is different.

Cheers for now,
Lynne

Lynne thanks for the new ones, will take a look. Can you explain the process going forward from Tom, so I rank you first and then how long do I have to finalize the logos with you?
Thanks again for everything

Logo Designer
Hi Lisa: Once a contest goes into judging mode, a contest holder officially has seven days to finalize a design and select a winner. Extensions to that length of time, if needed, can be requested by contacting Logo Tournament admin.

I'll look forward to hearing your thoughts on the latest versions, and to providing you with any new samples you'd like to see.

It's been a pleasure working with you -- your frequent and timely feedback has been very much appreciate!

Cheers,
Lynne

Hi Lynne
You are the winner well done I am loving your work,
please Use 290 as the example, try the swirl facing the other way as well please. I like where you a taking the swirl, can you try and play with it or a variation a bit. Trying to avoid it looking like an s.

Please also show us examples with frozen yogurt written as in 283 can you try and bold it less, or make it smaller we will guidance from you
Please do all examples in two colors 273 and 290
Thanks again Lisa

One more thing please try 273 with a slightly deeper/ brighter pink close to the pink of 290
Thanks

Another thing, some people are concerned about the reading of yogime they think it is one word as opposed to yogi me.
Maybe try a stack option with the me underneath.
Don't worry about the frozen yogurt in this exampls.
Thank you

Hey Lynne

310 i think i like the best,
can you justify the frozen yogurt words between they y and e of yogime ie frozen yogurt is spaced / same length as yogime or alternatively make the font slightly smaller and justify frozen yogurt right, ending in line with the end of the e in yogime.

Can you also try doing the font the same as in 283 but justified as above

also i think i was confusing you previously can you make the blue in 310 the blue of 314.

Also the frozen yoghurt to be spelt with an h - yoghurt

thanks very much think we are very close to finality.
