Hello, I hope you are having a good day. These are my professional logo submissions which work well in full color, B&W and on colored backgrounds.
Each submission is 100% vector logo, so they can be infinitely contracted or expanded to very small or very large image size, without losing design detail or compromising print quality. Also the EPS vector file will allow you the opportunity to edit your logo design in the future. This file format is very useful if you decide to change your website color scheme or to use different versions on promotional materials.
Your logo package will include a fully editable EPS vector file, plus as well multiple sizes of JPG file. These are all the files that you need for print, editing or display.
Also other additional file types and variations of the original design are available on request: AI, PSD, PNG, high resolution JPG. The logo will come in white or colored background, also you'll receive black & white and grayscale versions of the logo.
If you would like to see any changes made to any of my designs please let me know. Best regards, Ake
Thank you for your submissions I like 1 and 2 best so far... But I don't like the emphasis on the "mi" which means my.. Yoga is supposed to be about selflessness and even though I use the word mi, I don't want that to stand out
Also I like that it isn't caps lock like the other two and has nice font. The figure that you use on 1 and 2 are also nicer than in 3 and 4... I like the figures but I don't love them. I prefer something abstract... Sanskrit and Buddhas are too cliche and I don't really want to be like every yoga related brand
Hi Ake... Thanks for your entries Entry #9 is cool but the symbol looks like something Asian... I'm looking for something simple that can be branded... for example, lulu lemon has an Omega as its symbol.
Entry #7 I ranked second because I like its colors more than Entry #8, but I do prefer "Yoga Es Mi Droga" over "yoga es mi droga"
I like the look of the Buddha's that you removed more than these symbols... they were simple and sleek... these are very busy and the ying yangs in #7 and #8 look too much like martial arts, very warrior and angry, I prefer something more calm or simple
Looking at your entry #11 again.. I like the concept of blending the O+G like that... it could be done in both words, yoga and droga ... even OGA ... blend together somehow.. and that blend of the oga become the "symbol" that I'm thinking... I like the idea , only that the OG that you now blended looks too much like a Christian fish symbol
Thanks for the new submission it's looking good... if you can please make it look a little less obvious that it comes from the Manu Chao logo... I'm looking for that type of inspiration ...
Hi, your feedback is appreciated. You mentioned that Sanskrit and Buddhas posing are too cliche and indeed they are overused on this kind of identity logos. But are you determined to stay away from those cliches? The paradox is that some clients choose for their brand identity those cliches which they wanted to avoid at the beginning. Meanwhile I'll work according your last guidelines. Regards, Ake
Thanks for expressing your concern about Manu Chao style and let me give you additional info. The visual representation of Manu Chao is not something one of a kind. The style used is called grunge / distorted / handwritten etc. which is very used and very common. If you like this style, then all your logos will look somehow the same. But my feeling tells me that you will choose another direction for your logo :) Please let me know your opinion about my last submissions. Thanks Ake
