I like this. Please position the "mind" image in between "Yoder" and "Results". Also, please add Red color in the logo, as requested. Thank you!

Something else I should have shared with you is where the logo will be primarily used. Please reference this page. The logo color scheme should allow it to "pop" on this page. Look at the top left corner where the words "Yoder Results" are positioned. This is where the logo will be displayed. I chose Red and white so that it would match the "Contact Kevin" button on the opposite side of the header. Please rework this logo keeping this elements in mind. Also, I just realized that the background will be blue, so the logo should be a combination of red and white, but the background of the entire logo shouldn't be red as you've presented here. The logo will go in the top left corned of the blue space...to the left of my head...as seen on this page:
