Yellow Fin TackleLogo Design Contest

Entry one - on the right track here modern and clean. Would like to see the rear fins on the fish longer (this is a trademark of big Yellow Fin Tuna. Entry 2 don't like the hook or the box out of the logo looks a bit old school. Check out some photos of yellow fin to get a better handle on the colour pallette. great starting point

Thanks Ray could you have alook at the photos i just uploaded and try some more life like colours and a couple of different options . Perhaps some gold as from the photos

Can you take out the pink form the mouth are use a different colour option perhaps

Can you refer to entrie 56 this is really good. I would like to make the yellow on the body more gold colour. Enlarge the sickles and keep these yellow / gold in a colour that matches the body colour maybe a couple of shades darker. The body goes from top down Black / Blue then Gold then Silver

If you could give me a couple of options this is neally perfect

Thanks for the updates. I want to move away from the blue on the upper body into more black like 56. Also the "gold" colour is closer but it needs to be slightly deeper and more metalic looking (think real gold but darker)

Can you make more of the sickles in the gold too at least 3/4 of the fin

Entry 100 is really good but the yellow colour is just too yellow i want it to be gold like raw gold. If it is possible stick with this design but give me some more gold / colour options. If it is possible could you try to put a few vertical silver lines up the fish just for me to look at as (refering to the photos) the fish have these faintly also

Also can we make the fishes mouth a little smaller and "angry"er! Maybe just bring the top jaw down a little?

..just uploaded #109, ive tried making the gold a deeper colour, changed the mouth slightly and also added the lines up the side of the fish, just let me know if we need to change anything else, thanks
