judging from the outside paint i believe this pink is closer to it.
apologize if i went too far with my ...research .

we may have tried this already, but what would it look like if coffee/tea/food/friends is on the other side under coffee company. sometimes we'll have that and sometimes we won't.

this is PANTONE 7424 C .
please note that there are some small differences in the colors I see and you see online. this is due to display color profile, settings, operating system ...stuff like this. the final file will be PMS color match.

reversed gray to previous one, slight darker.

I think we prefer the slightly darker gray.

this version :
small alignments for better balance , repaired some very small glitches (which i didn't like) .
Gray a bit lighter but this can be easily reverted if you consider the gray to be too light .

can be done ... i'm going for a 2 steps lighter gray .
just need a minute .

only change in slogan is that i have replaced the vertical bars/lines with small dots .

actually i have been working on this by myself, and , to keep some symmetry i think the best place would be, as you have said too, above the pink part.

i'm just thinking about what it will look like on a white coffee mug - better w/o the tag line. but might still want the tag line for the signage on the front windows. maybe wrap the tag line around the top of the pink circle? or around the circle under coffee company??

removed slogan , kept everything else untouched.
