On Entry #3 could you take the Member, Safety Early Response Team, arch it over the top...make it bigger so it stands out and maybe a different color. Try to include a medical type cross somewhere.

#27, We like it, but can you take the "member" out, maybe put it high on the image, a little bigger and then make the Safety Early Response Team bigger. The cross would be cool red.

Can you put the member in the Blue over the dozer and make all of the text (Member, Safety Early Response Team" Bigger? Make the cross bigger also please, even if it covers more of the dozer.
