I twist photo into vector file. it's very long to do. I need to work on a portrait or use the original photo, but it will not be a vector file.

the use of photography as I know is not welcome on this site. the logo must be in vector format. in fact, you get a banner and not a logo.

My company logo is present, pictures of mine.

What I need is a logo for a podcast
1) From my existing building blocks (existing logo, maybe my face partial)
2) It must be very clear that this is a podcast for negotiators from the purchasing department. So maybe a "%" symbol or euro coins.
3) Colors of my website are red and blue. They can be used as a background, etc.
