For the purposes on colour options I took this design and experimented with colours - of course we can apply any colour palette to any design.

And as per the previous but making the motto all uppercase.

Here is a version with the motto but no residential, commercial etc and adding back in the separating line.

Id like to see
1: without motto and with residential, commercial.....

2: with motto and no residential, commercial....
