Forgive late reply to this message , because I just woke up from my sleep :) , I will revise it now , please wait patiently :)

I have done multiple surveys and half of my team like your logo and the other half like another designer. Once you make these changes I am going to do one last survey for the selection of the winner (I personally like you logo the best but majority picks it).

Move the state in front of that portion of the snake

I like this one the best but I don't like the portion of the snakes jaw that covers the state.

Humh? I like the snake better in the first one....the head just seems like it is lost on this version. I do like the snake coming in this direction because you can see more of the state

Nice, I like it...I'll put out to the group to see what they think. Give me another version and make the state even bigger so you can see the Northern Panhandle above the head of the viper more that just the little that is showing. Or maybe just move the state up rather than increase scale.

What is the small box directly below the 'R' in Vipers below the snake body at the bottom of the logo? Can you make the puck look more like a puck? It looks like a disc but not a puck. This is still my favorite
