I really like example #14. It could use some fine tuning with possible the font and color, but I'm not worried about that at this stage. Entry #17 has a good concept. I'm not really excited about how the "R" looks. Entry #16 and #15 are better than the other ones currently. I think changing the font to something a little more blocky and elongating it would help.

# 38 is excellent. The way you designed the prop in the logo is very good. They only improvement I might like to see is an outline raptor head. I know that the head may make it too busy. I like how yours is very professional, but I want some adventure added in some way.
I had an idea for using the bird. If you could keep the logo in #38 the same but use the prop and the O as an eye and have an outline bird head in the background.
