Could you show this logo in black and white as well? 5 years ago Angus commented on #250 Withdrawn Gotcha, so something like this #256 5 years ago rainer.linnemeyer commented on #250 Withdrawn Yes, the middle is the original color and then the a combined fading out 5 years ago Angus commented on #256 Withdrawn Hi guys! Is this what you meant by fading out of the petals? 5 years ago Angus commented on #250 Withdrawn Do you mean each individual petal fading from say the colour to a lighter shade of that colour? OR all the petals combined fading out ie the middle is the original colour and around the edges is faded version of that colour? 5 years ago rainer.linnemeyer commented on #250 Withdrawn And could we also try the seeds/petals fading out a little? Does that make sense? 5 years ago Angus commented on #255 And here is a variation - cleaner font, but smaller and more spaced out. 5 years ago Angus commented on #254 Withdrawn Hi guys, And here is the slogan in a cleaner font at the original size. Cheers Angus 5 years ago Angus commented on #250 Withdrawn Hi guys! No problem, will work up a version with a cleaner font for the slogan. In terms of variants - these can be done after the contest is over. The winning designer can only upload the winning design, but afterwards we can deal via email to send over variants :) Cheers Angus 5 years ago rainer.linnemeyer commented on #250 Withdrawn We are pretty set on this design. We just want to see what a cleaner font for the slogan would look like. Also, if we want variations of the logo (one with and without the slogan; color and black and white) how would we go about that? 5 years ago rainer.linnemeyer commented on #253 Withdrawn I (Liz) really really like this one!! 5 years ago rainer.linnemeyer commented on #250 Withdrawn We really like this one. Could you try a different font at the bottom? 5 years ago rainer.linnemeyer commented on #252 Withdrawn I agree. Makes it a bit messy. 5 years ago Angus commented on #253 Withdrawn And an iteration of the previous one just without the lines around "a gathering place". 5 years ago Angus commented on #251 Withdrawn Here's one trying an alternative middle element - simplifying the tree but bringing in the initials. 5 years ago Angus commented on #252 Withdrawn Another iteration, but adding some grass at the bottom - wondering if this makes it a bit messy? 5 years ago Angus commented on #250 Withdrawn Hi again, Here's one iteration where I've added the "a gathering place" underneath. I think it works quite well, balances everything up nicely. What do you think? Cheers Angus 5 years ago Angus commented on #237 Withdrawn Hi there, No problem will change that right away! Is there something specific you think might be missing? Cheers Angus 5 years ago rainer.linnemeyer commented on #237 Withdrawn Hi Angus, we love this. Could you change the Estd to EST. Also, I’m not sure if there is anything missing. Could you play around some more? 5 years ago Angus commented on #177 Withdrawn About to upload a few colour variations, let me know what you think. I actually quite like them, bit torn on which colour though. 5 years ago Angus commented on #177 Withdrawn Aah ok cool :) 5 years ago rainer.linnemeyer commented on #177 Withdrawn Totally understand. We have a 4, 3 and 1 year old. 5 years ago Angus commented on #177 Withdrawn Hey there, Glad you guys love this :) Of course, no problem at all. Let me experiment with a couple of colour combinations for the petals. Just looking after our 4yr old son, but will jump on and do those asap! And thanks for update, will change the date as well :) Cheers Angus 5 years ago rainer.linnemeyer commented on #177 Withdrawn Also, since we are in the final stages. Our farm was established in 2018 5 years ago rainer.linnemeyer commented on #177 Withdrawn Angus we love how this feels so inviting! Still clean but a little organic just like our farm. (I, Rainers wife, was wondering if we could see the petals/rays in color? Maybe yellow/brown? I’m not sure if it’s a good idea? Lol 5 years ago Angus commented on #140 Withdrawn Aah ok, cool, no problems will change that! 5 years ago rainer.linnemeyer commented on #140 Withdrawn Very striking! We can’t label ourselves as organic just yet. Still going through the certification process. But you could write ‘a gathering place’ instead. 5 years ago rainer.linnemeyer commented on #141 Withdrawn We love these! 5 years ago Angus commented on #110 Withdrawn Thanks again for all the extra info and feedback, let me see what I can come up with :) 5 years ago rainer.linnemeyer commented on #110 Withdrawn Also not sure if this is helpful but we have always liked the idea behind Babylonstoren’s logo representing various values or foundations with imagery (ie bird for nature, pipe for farmer, and flower for garden) Also FYI they are a huge inspiration to us and we hope I one day bring something similar to this to Colorado. 5 years ago rainer.linnemeyer commented on #110 Withdrawn In regards to the image/icon that is still something we are trying to figure out so are open to ideas. We are a bio diverse farm that is ever growing and expanding, so we don’t want our logo to confine us in any way. Currently and what we expect to have long term are goats and chickens, a market garden, cut flower garden and lavender. We are also family run. Does this give you any direction? Or should we try coming up with something more specific? two Designs that we really like of yours are the Furnish Out and almighty spirits. We also like the “X” feature in some of your logos like Old Jollop. 5 years ago Angus commented on #110 Withdrawn Hi there, Thanks for the very kind words, very much appreciated! And thanks for the feedback! Is there a specific type of image/icon you’d like to see explored? Cheers Angus 5 years ago rainer.linnemeyer commented on #110 Withdrawn Hi Angus, You are seriously talented! These are some of your work that we’d love you to draw inspiration from for our logo. - fleece inn - Almighty spirits - barber shop - broken barrel - Newport Beach house Even himanga design and furnish out are so beautiful!!! So clean and fresh. We are so looking forward to what you come up. 5 years ago rainer.linnemeyer commented on #110 Withdrawn How awesome! We checked your profile and love love love your work! 5 years ago Angus commented on #110 Withdrawn Sawubona, Welcome to Logotournament - I hope this finds you well and having a good week so far? Here are some of my concepts. I've created concepts that are simple, yet striking and unique! The logos are 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed. It would be my pleasure to work up any variations so please do say. I look forward to your comments or thoughts. Regards, Angus PS I lived in South Africa for many years before moving to the UK, so love the name you've chosen! 5 years ago
