One little tweak to try... Top right, where the four "stars" are, try a couple of stars, and a "spring"? Spring similar to in my current 3rd place logo. Maybe looking to add a little more "chaos" in the logo.

A few thoughts for you. Looks like the record has a bite out of it. Could you make it look like it's broken maybe 2/2 or a wedge out of it? The blob behind my head could you maybe get rid of that or do something different?? Could you get rid of the words radio show? Finally could you Google call call letters on microphone , I will do the same, trying to put on the letters WRJC on the microphone holder at the end of the
