Hi heru,
Thanks for Entry #30, we think you're moving in a great direction!
We love the silhouette of the band/audience!
A few thoughts:
1.) We would like to incorporate the website address into the logo - www.worldricefestival.com
2.) The banner looks great!
3.) We like how you incorporated Chico,CA into the logo!
4.) Maybe we could do a few versions utilizing more vibrant colors? Reds/Light Blues/Yellows/Greens?
5.) Check out this local rice paddy skyline of the Northern California Buttes, which would be awesome if it were incorporated somehow!

Maybe to make it work the shape needs to change from oval to a rounded rectangle?
