We really like the energy and colors you chose! The banner looks great and the logo has a professional/clean feel to it :)
A few constructive thoughts:
1.) We would like to incorporate the website address into the logo - www.WorldRiceFestival.com
2.) We really like the musician/singer sihlouette's and rice stalks coming off each side of the logo on Entry #30 and Entry #18. Maybe you could incorporate those items into the logo?
3.) Within the logo, we want people to get a sense of what they will experience while attending the event.
