Workforce LINKLogo Design Contest

I would like there to be a link or wrap around effect to the word LINK so it is what stands out as with my 3 business names the one similarity will be the word LINK and that will ultimately be my brand and how it is recognized. I have uploaded the colour sample I want to use also.
