I like this! We really want the plus sign to be the icon that represents the company, but nobody has been able to capture what we are trying to say. I think you may be able to. We want a sleek, glossy, luxury look and feel...sort of a brushed aluminum text gradient. Maybe a black background would give it a different look and feel as well.

Can you try something with the symbol over the name?
