Hi, please find my first entry attached. The concept is two tick marks that combine to create a W icon. The ticks represent a positive, winning, competition concept. Please let me know if you'd like to see any changes. Thanks. BMF

Same concept but with the addition of an upward pointing arrow to capture the sense of achievement or reaching to win.

Another version of the concept using the two ticks to form the W, but styling them to also represent two people, reaching upwards in a positive, achievement motion.
