Yes I like it. A few things, can you make the banner wider/larger, so the text WOODWORKING gets a more prominent place.Also the tools text, try and remove the solid part of the background, make the text straight, "no bend" and a bit smaller. I like the top part, but not the design of the plunge router. Can you see the other logos, or just yours? Because there is another one with a different kind of router, the one that it more a cylindrical motor. That one is more graphical appealing. But to sum it up, this is good. See if you can have more fin with the plunge router and make the banner wider to make the name shine ans stick our more.

Yes, you are definitely on the right track, but don't be afraid of copying the attached logo even more. Font, saw blade etc (saw teeth needs to be rounder at the edge in order to nor look so hostile). And then we can work from there. The top part needs some improvements, and some kind of twist. See if you can work with the router and the background. The logo needs to look more friendly, elegant and clean.
