This is my favorite so far. It may still need some fine tuning, but that is what the next round is for right? Maybe the logo looks like a motor cycle company :) But maybe if the WW had rounded edges and where made out of wood id possible? And the saw blade should be a bit thinner. And maybe make some examples where there is an other font for WOODWORKING, just so I get a few examples of other fonts as well. 8 years ago Cowb0y2000 commented on #54 Withdrawn And I like the WW in #40 better when they are more in "bold". 8 years ago Cowb0y2000 commented on #54 Withdrawn This is good to, but I'd like to see this version with the saw blade underneath the TOOLS text. 8 years ago Cowb0y2000 commented on #40 Withdrawn Hi, I saw your three new contributions, but the more I look I always come back to this one. It has the right font, right width of the text etc. See if you can make the WW slightly smaller, right now they are taking over. I saw what you did in the new ones with the half circle around the WW, but I kind of like it as in this one where they stand alone. But see if you can add the saw blade underneath "TOOLS". And the blades look a bit chunky in the new ones, they have to be more elegant, and thinner. I think with al the things that this logo has going for it, I don't think we need to make it more as a banner as I said before, that kind of ruined it. So to sum it up, this is my new favorite, but I see if you can fit in the saw blade and make the WW slightly smaller. 8 years ago Cowb0y2000 commented on #40 Withdrawn I had missed this and commented the other two, but this is good to. So maybe this is a better one to start refining. And add the saw blade underneath and make it more banner like around the main text. Maybe make the intertwined WW's slightly smaller. Otherwise see my other comments. 8 years ago Cowb0y2000 commented on #39 Withdrawn This is good to, but #41 i better. So see my comments on that one. But this has a more banner feel to it, so see if you can take the saw blade from this one, but add a few more teeth and make the saw blade slightly thinner, so it becomes more elegant and sleek. Otherwise the teeth are good, they should be a bit rounded as you have made them! 8 years ago Cowb0y2000 commented on #41 Withdrawn Hi, great work, I really like the intertwined WW's. And the font for woodworking and tools is good too. But the logo is a bit to tall. So if you could keep the intertwined WW's but skipp the saw teeth around them. And instead take the best parts from your other logo #39, with the saw blade underneath TOOLS. And see if you can tie it all together to get a more banner feel to the text part. Otherwise, great job!!! 8 years ago
