No need for all but sharing some that looked appealing...as we are in a circa 50s neighborhood and that may be fitting...if still somewhat timeless in style. These would then need to be shared with the group. We will likely go with the original....

After polling the deciding committee, we are about to select your design as the winner. Will learn next steps but hoping we can get a version adding "Civic Club" under Woodshire and, "A Deed Restricted Community" at the bottom under Woodshire for third option with both a monochromatic AND colored leaves version as alternative version for certain uses. Hope we can work on those final elements together. Thank you for all your time and effort on these thus far!!
