The emphasis should be on Nutritional Therapy, LLC - Not Woodinville. Also I would like to see my tag line incorporated. The leaf looks like a million other leaves in logos so I'd like it to be a little more creative. I think every element should be meaningful and incorporate some elements I listed in my profile. Perhaps the Icon could incorporate my company initials or a representation of my tagline
