I'll see what I can do but I am not fan of watermarking background it's poor logo design and usually cause issue with print especially in B&W or single color. This is why I chose top co with a minimalist abstract icon which represent you and what you do, The design can be easily etched, stitched and printed

Can you try incorporating the flag portion some other way? Possibly in the background?
