I have used a neutral, dark gray for the WOODBRIDGE VILLAGES in order to match with all the above colors.

Could you provide a variation where the trees inside the houses are the color focus, not the houses - houses can still have an outline.
Try using a more nature esque (shades of green, brown, some grey, golden yellow) color palette.
Our goal is to have a logo that gives a high end / luxury living feel.
