We really like the font and word-mark in #16. The image is too far toward the traditional. we want a more modern, hip feel. more open-air farmer's market than farm...

#26 is a stylized grocery bag full of yummy goodness!

Wow. thanks for all the great choices! We really like the bag graphic. it starts to say farmer's market, and - as you say - bag full of yummy!

We can see your style is oriented toward the feminine, and it can work, we are wondering if we can get a bit more edginess, a little less feminine with the design...???

Thanks! Margaret and Jeff

Thanks guys, I got your request, I'm just trying to think of an "edgy" symbol :)
It would help if perhaps you provided a reference for me of what you mean by edgy, because it can be so many things - from high tech to sporty, to grungy, etc. So help me out a little :) Thanks!

Hi Anna,

Thanks for your note. Sorry it took a while to get back to you. We would very much appreciate if you could work with us on a couple of addtl alternatives during this last phase of the contest.

Margaret is looking for an image that creates a feel behind the word Wonky.

Wonky is a British word. She liked it b/c it evokes a feel of tradition. British things feel traditional. Like a plowman’s lunch. It’s simple fare. A simple platter of food, no frills. Fresh cheese and bread, and a fresh vegetable. The freshest food available today, simply presented a plowman’s platter.

At the same time it’s a word that is modern, hip, and fun for an American consumer. This is an urban shopper living a modern, urban lifestyle, but wants to be connected to where his/her food comes from.

She would like clean, simple lines in the picture. Different fonts for Wonky and the tag, and a contrast btwn the fonts and the picture/graphic.

Hopefully this gives you some additional thoughts/feelings to work from. Please let us know if you have any questions or suggestions. We look forward to your ideas and great work.

Thanks! Jeff and Margaret

really like the fonts and word design for Wonky and SSF in #51. the image, though wonderful and colorful is not "street smart" - which implies more of an urban setting and sensibility...

(are we driving you crazy yet?? ;-)
