while I really like many of the options on your pdf... I am submitting the many faceted woman... as an option to consider.

This is an interesting concept, but the faceted women is not reading very well. May be too much contrast between the colors. I would explore tones of a single color.

Try dropping the faceted women and work with the script as the primary element

Please revise to say ... Women Leaders Forum rather than Women's Leader Forum.
