Women on TrackLogo Design Contest

We like this logo and the 'molecule' but think the W and T are a bit big. Not sure if it would work to have the molecule extend behind the letters also? And could we try ans lightly darker/navy blue too please.

From another member of our group - I like the large W and T and small o in the first design. Can you try configuring in a little bit so the word Women and Track fit under the larger initials. In addition - it would be nice to see what it would look like if only the first letter of Women and Track was capitalized. BAC

I like the clarity of this. Could you put a gap between the W and T and use a slightly darker blue?
