NDARU - I like this one the most. It covers the year and name of our city. It is not necessary for the slogan to be on the logo / branding.

The layout is great! I think the black is too manly.

Great start! where would you place the year of the event? I'd like to see one example with 2016 and one with 16' to inform on the year of the event. I really like the layout.
