The first four have great qualities. The first one #6 has movement that reminds me of the heroine's journey... I like it a lot. #7 has elements of sustainability captured nicely. #8 clever die combining sustainability with innovation. #5 diversity coming together to spark something new... #4 is very nice but reminds me of medical logos.

Thank you for the comment, I tried to express the versatility of the event with all my entries.
However further suggestions are welcome.

#93 is great.. green for sustainability, WINS - our abbreviation, new font style. but the color... the red of #92 is better... or some other color?

#8 what if the lightbulb was done with a thinner line and a W was in it?

Yes!!! this is getting close to what I'm thinking! How about you drop off WINS and leave just the full name. I like how you have the "women" and "innovation" same size typeface. What if the seat of the bulb is green for sustainability, then the color becomes more orange and inside it's red for the W? Thank you Vea!

Nr 8 is still the best although some say its too "clip artsy" ... the W in the lightbulbs is too big and its bugging me.
