I like this, but not the face of the women.Can you also bring more emphasis to the "I". Try using an image of an opening door for the "I".

About your request, I can't following that idea because of plagiarism issue, but I can explore another ideas for you.
However, as your contest already in 'Top 5 Mode' which only Top 5 ranked designer allowed to submit new entry during this mode.
My position out of Top 5, so I can't do anything to update my concept ;(
