This one strikes a nice balance between credibile, approachable, and professional. I'm imagining a group of women advisors in a circle group discussing some issue or other. There is also the suggestion of a W (and I'm not reminded of a crown;)). Simple, scalable, readable-at-a-glance, portable across any colourway and media...
