I like how the colors are more interesting... that said, gradients can end up a bit funny when the image is used for a variety of purposes. It might be better to have color blocks.
Again, consider eliminated the "moon" behind the wolf and heron, and just having the profile of the animals be the outline.

I'd say the dominant challenge with the one is that it feels a bit clip-arty, and the thick outlines denote some kind of rubber stamp.
The fact that the wolf and heron are looking up and to the right is great... it gives the graphic an "onward and upward" feel which is energetically right.
Try to use only the new purples and yellows that I listed. We're moving away from the pinkish/purple color that you've used in the wolf and the &.
Would also love to see a variation where the "moon" is not there.
I've put a few in the ranking section... I dunno if those are visible to you yet? Also, when I submitted the job, it made me choose 6 logos that are in the right style. Maybe those are visible to you?
