i like this one. would like to remove the ! after matter and also capaitalize the M in Matter.

#52 besides having a reverse out of black, also has the "head" sizes reduced just a little (90% of others).

#69 I like the color choice very much- this would replace your logo that we have rated BUT I do not want a black background- canyou do the background in white and the WLS in black, the people in purple or blue and the word Success Matters in blue or purple and then Because in Black, YOU in blue or purple and Matter in black?

Okay, I am confused. #69 does not have a black background? Also, #40 has those color combinations you just requested (only without the shiny special effects--maybe more intense?). I will go ahead and change 69 to black and purple and one with black and blue with effects and enter those---happy to make changes, like i stated and thankful for any feedback, but I just hope I am understanding correctly what you do want.
