"Windfall" means fruit blown down from a tree. So the leaves are an unexpected gift from the tree. WindFALL. Just slightly blowing down is enough.

I do like this one Bruce said the tree looks like someone with their arms out. And could we accentuate the wave look of the W's. Could the arm on the LT hand side have what looks like a hand.

Almost there. I like the WW in the ground under the tree. The leaves need to be blowing downward, not blowing up. Can we combine something like the background circle in 123 with the shading effect of 154 & 155?
And change the slogan to only say: Visionary Leadership

More blowing leaves and how about even less detail? Can you make the ground shaped like "WW"? It looks too much like a mustache.

Can you do a very simple tree logo with leaves blowing off to the right? Think iconic: like the Apple logo.
