Getting much closer! If I select you to win the tournament, will you be able to make further tweaks? I am wondering what the logo would look like with the symbols in the back ground behind the text?

Let's work on getting the icons just right. Scale is okay but could you try them above and below the brand copy. Give them back a colourway for each one. Un illalic the tag line and try it in grey

how about with this font?

Change the font to something softer and right justify "visionary leadership".

Also, try a version where the symbols are large and behind the words "Wisdom Windfall".

I like this because the icons to me represent: angles or guides assending: star fighters from Star Wars which would be detected by a baby boomer demographic: a portal into something other : the innocence of two figures jumping into water, or the subconscious as I read it: I can see this without the word text on buses, social media really easily

And three versions in upper case ( normal typecast )

Try it in lower case please

Colourway is good. Give me three versions with the tag line hard right undereath the main branding:
- Visionary Leadership
- All We Can Be
- Just Breathe

Add the slogan All We Can Be underneath

And not just it this green something with bite

Try this in greens and with the falling icons maybe turn them digital looking like in the Matrix
