I like the how the wording looks on this design and the arch above. I am not wild about the letter W in its form. I do not like the pipes coming out of the side, looks too much like an airline

I like the size of the font in the red and grey one, apply tht to the blue and grey one please. I am stil not too excited about the logo above but i think we might be getting closer.
Entry #3 you did remains my favorite that you have completed. I would like to see the same colors and Performance Advisors just a little larger like you did in the others. I love the font style you have chosen and really like the arch above the words. I am just not excited about the two different logos you have created for the W. I would like to see something different and also see if what we do can be used to the left of the words as easily as it can be used above the words like some of the others. Thank you again
One last request, can you take the W logo off of the top of #3, just leave the arch and increase to font size to the same size font for the words performance Advisors as #47, thank you
