What about making the arrows a bit finer/thinner. Compass needs to speak/compliment words a bit more.

Orientate the "compass" 20% clockwise? So that Orange arrow is pointing northeast?

I'm seeing the arrows as compass points - north, south, east, west - which I like because of the nautical theme. What about stretching out the orange and green arrows (north and south) to see if it looks better as a bit of a diamond shape

This is looking good. Want the font to be as clean as clean as possible.

Liking this direction. What about rotating the logo so that the orange is pointing up and the A is orange. Maybe play with the colors of the arrows a bit...

Maybe stretch the Development to extend the length of Windward

Again, I like the direction symbols as it symbolizes different directions and possibilities. This has too many symbols and not enough color.

I like the arrows as a sense of direction and the simplicity of this design
