Please make the "On the River" grey. Also I would like to see the "APARTMENT HOMES" font size increased a little more.

Please change the word "Windsor" to a Euphemia font and the words "ON THE RIVER" to a Segoe Script font. Also please make the "APARTMENT HOMES" the same size as the "ON THE RIVER" with a darker Blue color in the Euphemia Font.

This logo feels a lot like a logo that we are using in another area, and we are considering trying a branding. Would you change the font of "ON THE RIVER" to a script or italic type font. Also change the color of the "APARTMENT HOMES" to a darker blue and maybe make it a little bigger.
