This looks nice and is a smart way to put the W and I together in the symbol. It seems a litte complex though. Could you please:
- make the lettering all the same thickness and the blue for "windows" darker
- make the window maybe a little thinner
- try an orange dot rather than a square, like it actually is for the letters
- try to put horizontal lines like in a shutter (see google for "shutter window")

Not bad the lettering, the graphical element doesn't seem a good fit for the requirements (modern, smart,...)
