Hmm, true - I do really like this one as it is too. Could you try one more with the circle again and see if it's possible to fit windows on - maybe if the roofs in the background are higher?

I really like this, but I don't think we can effectively include the windows on the other two houses. We actually lost some of it when we went rectangular.

Thank you! We have decided on you as the winner, but would like to see one more variation. Would it be possible to keep the wording as it is in this version (#70), and then have the image inside the rectangle be the image that is in your version #20? And - not sure if this is possible, but could the two roofs in the background be a little larger and have windows on them as well? That might be too much to fit into the rectangle, but just wondering if it might work. Thanks so much!

I also love how this works as a social media icon. It is so different from the generic roofline over a swoosh that permeates the industry.

Added the "&" to the current top ranked design.

I like the fact that this design is simple, but still conveys a story about your organization, and our area.

Love this - great design!! A few thoughts -
Would it be possible to add windows to the "houses" in the back - maybe with the white lines thinner?
Could you change the second line to "Finance & Development" (& instead of and)?
Could we see one version with warmer colors just as another option - yellows, oranges, something like that?

I chose the simple picket fence and roofline. It gives a bit of the feel of our Wilmington history and classic architecture. It also speaks of the American Dream
