Hello!

Here's one potentialy interesting design concept, with two pillars creating legal entrance portal into the US. There's alsy subtle element of a bridge on top of the pillars, symbolizing connection between old homeland and US, and round shaped outer frame, suggesting "global" segment.

I've tried to avoid overused/generic initials based logo icon, and offered something with strong branding potential,...hope you'll like the idea and fell free to suggest potential improvements! Thank you!
