These are a great start. We like the design, however, we don't want to incorporate the actual state of Texas as a logo in case this limits us when we distribute outside of the state. Entry 6 is a good design, but I would prefer the start to have more contrast (possibly a stone look..??) and the B with the upper left missing to make room for the W doesn't look right. Can that be intertwined a bit more or have them tie together more seamlessly? Lastly, Entry 11 is good, would be interesting to see the state logo instead be a star.
Those look good. Let me think about those and review with my team. I do still like #11 and am interested to see the state of Texas logo replaced with a Texas star. Is that possible? I like the stone lettering alot and think that could look very good if it were given more of a chiseled stone type look.
Can you remove the lines (star background) from around the star and also remove the WB from inside the star? Also, replace the 2 stars on each side of the word "Brewing" and replace with a similar design to what you placed on the side of the star in #57? I just don't want to have star overkill.
Sorry - I didn't include the design number. I was referring to design #55. The lines that are surrounding the star I would like removed, as well as the "WB" inside of the star. Also, change the word "Brewing" to "Brewery" and replace the 2 stars on the side of the word and replace with a different design.
I really like these editions. Can you make the edges of the banner displaying the word "Whitestone" less jagged/folded? So for instance, make the "Whitestone" banner more like an old scroll?
For #108, here's an example of the old type scroll I was referring to http://www.dreamstime.com/stock-images-old-banners-image10229354. If you're able to do that I think it would look great. Also have the star a bit more dull. It pops out from a white background a bit too much.
