In #3, #11 and #13 - these are ranked non-interesting due to red background -- it's difficult to foresee how the logo would be used on business cards and letterhead, which are anticipated to be white backgrounds.
I have modified my earlier comment and removed your entries from the non-interesting group, since I recall that sometimes designers choose different backgrounds and present these as alternative treatments in case it is ever needed.
For the designs that separate "White" and "hawk" either graphically or via color differentiation, my concern is that viewers would think of these as separate words in my firm's name (i.e. "White Hawk Advisory") vs. the actual name of the firm ("Whitehawk Advisory")
