White Falcon TechnologyLogo Design Contest

Ref #353, very nice color and design on the globe, looking for a Falcon that is looking to the right rather than left. On #359, don't like the multi-colored letters as much for the WHITE FALCON, I like that part better in simple black in this case.

Are you able to submit changes to the design? I do like it but wanted to take out the "R" mark, also I prefer the size of the globe image from #361 and without the white "halo" effect on the black background.
