Very interesting design concepts, #336 is quite attractive and I like the use of the colors

The best thing about the icon is the simplicity with which it carries the force and vibrancy. It can be a stand alone icon which can create a brand. Something like when people see the icon they immediately recognise that it is White Falcon. Also the icon has the potential to be carried in various mediums i.e., 3D, Flash Animation, Publicity materials etc. While the mediums might change but the strength of te icon will never be lost in any form or size.

Very nice variations, i need to think about the various mediums I'll use them and think through the combinations.

On #421, can you do a version with the "WHITE FALCON TECHNOLOGY" in black?

For #422, would it be possible to see if the colored part of the logo can be changed a little so it lines up in parallel with the curve of the globe?
