Here is my idea for your consideration. The idea is using the "woman symbol" as magnifier glass. The magnifier glass represent "search" Also the outside border of the circle part of the magnifier glass together with the middle bar creates the letter "W" that is the first letter of your company name. Inside the magnifier glass there is a bar chart with arrow going up that represent "growing business"
