Still. needs my broker info and #. Also, If you could incorporate some sort of symbol relating to my initials or real estate that would be great.

I'm liking this! I forgot that I need to have my broker info and my # on this also. United Real Estate, 682-802-1919 and that info needs to be 50% of the size content per our Trec rules.

Font that I used is handwritten and uniquely created for your contest.
I chose signature style since it's about personal name.

Colors can be adjusted easily.
