This design is inspirational and motivational... most importantly professional. It has a fresh, clean and crisp feel. It's strength is the expression of confidence...hope you like it.
Overall I like the concept. I like to crisp fresh look of the font. I apologize for being indecisive regarding color scheme, but I'd really like to see colors schemes other than blue and green. What does the graphic symbolize to you? Instead of the word "and," I prefer "&."
(This comment refers to Entry #11) ... While overall I like the concept you have submitted, #11 is my least favorite ... maybe it's because the graphic looks like a crown withouth the circle around it.

(Entry #38) .... I love it. I want to tweak it though ... I want to keep the kearning of "COUNSELING & WELLNESS." I'm not a fan of the light blue ... so I'd like to see one of the two other shades of blue ... I think I like the proportion or sizing of "Well" and "Source" in comparison to each other like you have created in #35 and #30.
#38, #35, and #34 ... are my most favorite out of all the designs you have submitted. I am not familiar enough with the process and you clearly have put in a lot of work ... Do I need to move the others into the not interested bin or leave them unranked?? I don't want to screw your personal ranking or points up.
Once we get #38 tweaked, can I see it in different color schemes? A friend just said the blue and green make her think of bottled water. Ugh!

feel free to move any unwanted designs in the not interested bin....it would help to let the designer know why it didnt work, so they can explore a better avenue...as far as rankings goes...use your judgement...any and all designs..good or bad too time and effort....rankings help us get recognized in this community....so if you feel a design deserves recognition, you can give out what they call ribbons to any and/or all designers.
and this style...these are my personal favorite colors, i think they are fresh, soothing and motivating all in one...i can do the same with any color you suggest...perhaps you prefer the purple better. just inform..thank you.
i think you have a much stronger and fresh design in #63 than the 2 inspiration you gave us to relect on...my design doesn't look like an object out of place like the ones you see used in the other companies. Best of all, it's simple, memorable and inspiring.
