Overall I like this design, #3 ... there are several elements that let me know you read my contest brief. I like that you distinguished between "WellSource" and "Counseling & Wellness." I like that you included a graphic into the design, although I am not convinced this is the right one. I know I said I was open to colors, but I think of pumpkin pie when I see your design, #3. I am not a fan of pumpkin pie, but I REALLY appreciate your incorporating "Grow. Discover. Thrive." into your design. A small part of me thinks the design may look to dated, but I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to read my contest brief. It shows you care about your work.
#76 ....colleagues are saying the graphic "O" reminds them of candy ... can we tweak it some ... maybe something a little abstract (I don't know) ... or i'm sorry i'm not creative.
