Can you offer some more designs, and incorporate eight somehow - for example, eight drops - because my organization serves with 8 smaller regions? Or maybe you have another idea for adding eight of something. For example, if you can see 180, it has 8 rays of light.

Also, can you play with the colors for "well" and "spring" - maybe making those purple and green, to break up those two parts of the word?
