The feedback I received was very positive; here's a summary of what people also suggested:

1. make the dark blue even darker, for more contrast (what are your thoughts, envision?)
2. the water gets lost, and isn't really a "spring" (like water springing up) but more of a river. Make it more prominent or else possibly take it out.
3. make the image less busy
4. make the image less hourglass like, and more Celtic cross-like
5. have eight equal parts

People are saying that they like the design very much, but that the “S” is hard to see - so it looks like well pring.

Can you make the S more visible while keeping or even enhancing the water element?

Also, someone noted that the dark underlining under wellspring looks like trails, as in Synod of Lincoln Trails. Nice

(I like the #74 concept too. In the next phase I'll ask team members which concept they prefer.)

Is it possible to incorporate 8 parts into the cross somehow (instead of 4)? We serve 8 smaller organizations.
